The Bealey Quarter offers a separate and private function room which is perfect for a wide range of events from family and birthday celebrations, large group dinners, quiz nights, reunions, business meetings, and seminars.
The private space is completely self-contained with a full AV, sound system, courtyard with outdoor heating, bar, large screen, Sky TV, separate bathrooms, and external access.

Enjoy a night of festivities in our private space at your own pace while we keep the food coming, and the glasses full! Christmas lunches or dinners are also available in the restaurant for groups under 30 people. Our bar with beer garden is also ideal for up to 40 people for drinks & nibbles.

Venue Hire Cost

Evening Functions
Friday & Saturday Nights
We do not charge a venue hire fee, though a minimum spend is required.
A minimum spend of $2,500 on Fridays evenings and $3000 on Saturday evenings applies throughout the year, except December and November where a minimum spend of $3,500 is required.
Sunday to Thursday Nights
A minimum spend of $1500 applies throughout the year, except December where a minimum spend of $2,500 is required. -
Day Meetings & Seminars
For day meetings and seminars the venue hire fee is $50 incl gst per hour. Included in the venue hire is a Data Projector, Projector Screen, Television(42 inch) Sound System with Microphone & Wi-Fi.
